The Community Man "Growing up as black race isn't negotiable but proud to be!! Which knowing been a Torch bearer will always be my Greatest achievement and passion to impact my Community , Profession and Continent!!!! Our cultural patterns are an amalgam of black and white with our destinies are tied together .There is no separate black path to power and fulfillment that does not have to intersect with white roots . Somewhere along the way the two must join together,black and white together we shall overcome and i still believe it " ..... As the future waits , the past competes with it's promises yet never allow the past to dictate the quality of your future out of the roughly seven billion people on planet earth , over four billion live in countries designated as third world developing nations . Many of the citizen of these nations have been robbed of the opportunity and right to discover , develop and manifest their true leadership potential due to oppressive and debilitating ideologies and systems. The Greatest impact has not been the physical restrictions imposed on them but the horrific mental damage inflicted on their self concepts, self worth and self esteem . The result is an attitude that struggles to believe that there is hope for their dreams which we cannot change the past or the fact that people will act in a certain way and also cannot change the inevitable but one thing we can do is to change our attitudes . Remember that your attitude is your most important asset and invest it well which allow it to appreciate by feeding it with positive influences .
